Project Planning

An initial project report detailing all the steps needed to develop and manufacture a new product including.

• Lab equipment required for development and QC, cost and sources
• Manufacture equipment cost and source or alternatively details of suitable Toll Manufacturers.
• Details of potential raw materials and estimates on costs.

 On the basis of the costs given in the report and your knowledge of the market you should be able to make a low risk decision as to whether to invest in the new technology.

Product Development

We of course provide the technical expertise to develop the product and leave you with the skills and equipment to create your own portfolio based on the new technology. We provide starter formulations, tests and test procedures, expert training on raw materials and how to compound or react them. If preferred we can guide you step by step to the formulation you require or even just develop it for you.

Manufacture

Finally we can help with the scale up and manufacture of the product; Advising on equipment required for production sourcing equipment and suppliers or Toll/Contract producers. We will also provide advice and assistance on scale up and technical proofing trials.
